Are you looking for professional services beyond eczema care?

We believe in synergy to create greater value for all eczema fighters who join us. If you seek professional healthcare services beyond the scope of eczema health coaching, WeDerm will facilitate access to our internal network of healthcare practices and practitioners, based on a patient need basis.

How does it work?

If you and your Coach have mutually identified a need to seek a professional service beyond the WeDerm eczema coaching scope:

1. The Coach shall inform the Care Manager on the required referral
2. The Care Manager will review the request and approve the referral

Approval Mechanism

A ‘patient need basis’ is defined as a service, such that:

1. It is relevant to improving the health and wellbeing of the eczema fighter Client of WeDerm;
2. The service need is agreed by both the Client and the Coach;
3. The service surpasses the competency and capability of an average health coach who has passed the WeDerm Certification Program, to provide integrated care coaching for eczema.

Fair and Objective Stance

• All healthcare practices listed in our internal directory are vetted using a fair, transparent, and professional referral process. All coaches are required to declare their Practice before providing services as a WeDerm eczema health coach.
• Before suggesting the referral, the Coach has the responsibility to inform his/her Client with both paid and free options, to enable a fair information exchange.

Disclaimer

Any facilitated service will transfer entirely the rights and responsibilities from WeDerm to the new Service Provider, and any liability or dispute is handled solely between you and the new Service Provider.

Meanwhile, eczema health coaching through WeDerm should take place with higher priority during the service period (e.g. time and scheduling) and shall not be a barrier in eczema coaching.
